Ingredients :
Self raising flour - 2cups
Eggs - 2
Butter - 150 grms
Milk - 50 ml
Caster sugar - 2 cups
Vanilla essence or extract : 3 tbs
Procedure
Mix butter and sugar in a electric mixer until sugar gets fully dissolved in the butter. Then add the eggs one at time in to the butter sugar mixer , then add the vanilla extract , milk and self raising flour ( add the flour in small quantities ) while the mixer is still on .
Pour the mixture in cake cups to 2 /3 of its depth and bake for 20 to 30 min ( until you see a brown crust formed on top of the cake ) . Pre heat the oven to 180 degree c.
You can add cashewnuts, almonds as toppings to the cake ( optional )
When you pierce a fork in to the cake and pull it back , there should not be any traces of cake mixture sticking to the fork. then its done.
